This is a private, curated networking experience taking place this June in Chicago, bringing together 35 women across 7 different service industries. The goal is to create a balanced, intentional room where real connections, collaborations, and opportunities can happen.

I want to give you full clarity on the vision so you understand exactly what you’re a part of. This event is designed to be a high level, intentional networking experience for women across 8 different service industries

. Each industry will have 5 women, creating a total of 40 women in the room. The purpose is not just to network, but to build real connections, create collaborations, and open doors for business growth.

The structure of the event is what sets it apart. This will not be a free roam environment. We will have timed rotations where each group will move table to table, allowing you to connect with multiple industries while also having time to connect with women within your own field. This ensures visibility, engagement, and equal opportunity for everyone in the room.

Accepted service categories:

• Event Planner /Decor

Nonprofit /Community Outreach

• Chef / Bartenders/Bakers

• Florist

• Hairstylist

• Beauty Bar (lashes, brows, skincare, esthetics)

• Business Consultant / Credit / Funding

• Content Creator / Branding / Marketing

Each service category will have a designated table. You are not required to bring a full table setup, but you should come prepared with materials that represent your brand such as business cards, flyers, or small display items.

Expectations

: • Arrive on time and ready to engage

• Remain professional and intentional throughout the experience

• Be open to connecting, collaborating, and building relationships

• Stay for the full duration of the event

• Represent your service and brand well What will be provided:

• Pens and notebooks for note taking

• A curated room of like minded women

Investment: There will be a participation fee to secure your service spot. This confirms your placement within your category and covers your experience within the event.

Next Steps: To officially secure your spot, you will need to confirm your service category and submit your payment once registration opens on May 1st.

Spots are limited to 5 women per service, so once a category is filled, it will close.

After confirmation, you will receive:

• Your assigned service category

• Rotation schedule and flow of the event
