The journey to renewed purpose
I don’t just focus on what they’ve lost, I help them rebuild who they are becoming. Through faith-based guidance, real conversations, and intentional tools like reflection, journaling, and accountability, women learn how to release what they’ve been holding in, reconnect with God, and begin to see themselves beyond their grief. As they go through this journey, they can expect to feel more emotionally stable, spiritually grounded, and mentally clear. They begin to gain confidence, set boundaries, and make decisions from a place of healing instead of hurt. Most importantly, they stop feeling stuck and start moving forward with clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Who can benefit from our coaching?
My grief coaching is specifically for women who are navigating life after the loss of a loved one, especially those who have lost a parent and are trying to figure out how to keep going while carrying that pain. I work closely with women, including single mothers and women in a rebuilding season, who feel like they’ve lost a part of themselves and are tired of being strong for everyone else while silently struggling. I also support women dealing with other forms of grief, such as broken relationships, life transitions, and emotional loss that has left them feeling stuck or disconnected from who they once were. This space is for women who are ready to stop just surviving and start healing for real—women who want to reconnect with God, regain their strength, and step into a new version of themselves with clarity, confidence, and purpose. If you know you’re called to more, but grief has been holding you back, this coaching was created for you.
